After placing your order, you can track its status in the following ways:
For Registered Users
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Account" from the top menu
- Click on "Orders" to see all your orders
- Each order shows its current status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered)
For Guest Users
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the confirmation link sent to your email. You can also contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone for order updates.
Order Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your order has been received and is awaiting processing |
| Processing | We are preparing your order for dispatch |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way to you |
| Delivered | Your order has been delivered successfully |
| Cancelled | The order has been cancelled |
