Follow these steps to request a return:
Step 1: Contact Us

- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (especially if damaged)
Step 2: Approval
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours or less (May take more that 48 hours in peak seasons, public holidays, and weekends) . If approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Return the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and return it as instructed. We may arrange a pickup or ask you to send it to us.
Step 4: Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.
