Bank Transfer Instructions

If you selected Bank Transfer as your payment method, follow these steps to complete your payment:

Step 1: Note the Bank Details

After placing your order, you'll see our bank account details on the confirmation page. These details are also sent to your email if provided.

Step 2: Make the Transfer

Transfer the exact total amount shown on your order to our bank account. You can use:

  • Online banking
  • Mobile banking app
  • Bank branch deposit

Step 3: Use Your Order Number as Reference

Always include your order number (e.g., #1234) as the payment reference. This helps us match your payment to your order quickly.

Step 4: Confirmation

Once we confirm your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched. This usually takes 1-2 business hours during working hours.

Important: Orders paid via bank transfer will only be dispatched after payment confirmation. Please make the transfer promptly to avoid delays.
