Here's how refunds work at Mart.lk:
Refund Timeline
- Review: 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item
- Processing: 1-3 business days after approval
- Bank transfer refunds: May take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
Refund Methods
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer to your account
- Bank transfer orders: Refund to the same bank account used for payment
Partial Refunds
If only some items from your order are returned, you'll receive a partial refund for those specific items. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
