Bank Transfer Not Confirmed
If you've made a bank transfer but your order still shows as pending:
- Allow up to 2 business hours for confirmation during working hours
- Ensure you used the correct order number as the payment reference
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and payment receipt/screenshot
Wrong Amount Transferred
If you transferred the wrong amount, contact us immediately. We'll advise you on whether to make an additional transfer or if a refund is needed.
Cash on Delivery Issues
If you don't have the exact change for COD payment, our delivery partner will try to provide change. For large orders, we recommend having the exact amount ready.
