Need to make changes to your order? Here's what you can do:
Editing an Order
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited directly through the website. However, if your order is still in "Pending" status, you can contact us immediately to request changes:
- Add or remove items
- Change delivery address
- Update contact information
- Change payment method
Cancelling an Order
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone. Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't been shipped yet.
Important: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery instead.
