Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the photos via WhatsApp along with your order number
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order:
- Check if your order was split into multiple deliveries
- Contact us with your order number and the missing item details
- We'll investigate and send the missing item or issue a refund
Important: Please report any issues within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve them promptly.
