Missing or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing and delivering your orders. However, if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  3. Share the photos via WhatsApp along with your order number
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  1. Check if your order was split into multiple deliveries
  2. Contact us with your order number and the missing item details
  3. We'll investigate and send the missing item or issue a refund

Important: Please report any issues within 2 days of receiving your order so we can resolve them promptly.
